F1 Miami Grand Prix

Summary

The Formula 1  Miami Grand Prix Fan Experience team is seeking skilled, motivated, and reliable individuals to fill the part‑time position of Race Week Event Activation Staff. Under the direct supervision of the Fan Experience Department, the Event Activation Staff position will assist in the overall execution of the 2026 Formula 1  Miami Grand Prix and other events at the Miami International Autodrome throughout the year.

May have the opportunity to work other Hard Rock Stadium events throughout the year including Miami Dolphins Training Camp and Home Games, Dolphins Challenge Cancer, and Miami Open.

Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Gardens, FL (on‑site part‑time).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and operate activations on event days throughout race week including partnership activations, photo opportunities, community activations, and Formula 1  Miami Grand Prix brand elements.
• Arrive prior to gates open to set up and reset all event spaces and activations.
• Provide high‑quality customer service interaction with all guests at the Grand Prix to enhance the fan experience.
• Support the Events and Entertainment department with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be available for training on April 24, 2026 (date subject to change) and to work all race week events for the 2026 Formula 1  Miami Grand Prix (May 1–3, 2026).
• Must have a flexible schedule with ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Must have a professional demeanor with the ability to interact with fans and front‑office staff and conduct themselves accordingly.
