We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our Compliance Department. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining regulatory compliance, managing documentation, and supporting daily department operations. This individual should be skilled in technology, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and operational support to the Compliance Department.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of compliance reports to regulatory agencies.
- Maintain accurate and organized compliance records.
- Utilize technology tools and systems to improve efficiency and ensure compliance accuracy.
- Support audits, inspections, and internal compliance reviews.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of compliance requirements.
- Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital document management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare administration, or compliance.
- Knowledge of pharmacy laws and state regulations.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Flexible schedule, but usually Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
Pay Range$50,000 USD - $60,000 USD
