Summary

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of paid media campaigns for Miami Open, Formula 1  Miami Grand Prix, Miami Dolphins, and Hard Rock Stadium. This includes paid social media, PPC, display, and programmatic advertising to drive revenue and generate leads.

Location
  • This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage paid media strategies across multiple channels, including PPC, display, social media, and programmatic advertising, to drive leads and sales for clients.
  • Manage, analyze, and optimize client campaigns daily to ensure maximum performance and ROAS.
  • Collaborate with other teams such as creative, social, video and brand to ensure relevant copy and assets are used to drive clicks and conversions.
  • Partner with media agencies that support a few of our investments in specific campaign flights or always on strategies, briefing, managing and supporting their teams to achieve the goals.
  • Manage relationships with partner media platforms. developing win-win opportunities for both sides.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization. Leverage insights from SEO to inform SEM optimizations.
  • Analyze media performance and website traffic and user behavior data to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for changes to landing pages to align to add content and user intent.
  • Develop and deliver regular performance reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Dedicated to continuous learning and staying up to date on industry and technology trends (i.e. new tools, AI), incorporating it into your expertise and preparing the company for the future of media.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in paid media management, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid social, PPC, display, and programmatic advertising, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Linkedin Ads, Facebook Ads, and Linked In Ads.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience serving as point of contact for multiple internal teams, vendors, tools, and ad platforms with ability to juggle priorities of senior-level stakeholders.
  • Successfully works in a fast-paced environment, where innovation and rapid iteration are essential.
  • Able to occasionally work flexible hours to support business needs tied to specific sport events.
