We’re searching for a friendly and energetic individual who will thrive in a fast‑paced environment. As a Beverage Server you are responsible for serving in an excellent and timely manner and to assure quality guest service and a favorable gaming experience.

• Taking orders from patrons and returning them in a timely manner.
• Keeping area clean and orderly.
• Performing “responsible alcohol service” with regards to patron limitations and passing any responsible alcohol service training.
• Using all bar equipment, cash registers and Berg Beverage System.
• Ensuring the safety and security of employees and guests.
• Ability to lift 1–50 pounds.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Maintaining interpersonal working relationships among all personnel.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high‑pressure situations.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent and six months work experience in cocktail serving (preferred).
• Valid gaming license.
