Account Executive, Ticket Sales at F1 Miami Grand Prix

We are seeking an energetic Account Executive to drive ticket package sales for the Formula 1  Miami Grand Prix. The role focuses on lead generation, appointment setting, and presenting grandstand, club, and hospitality ticket experiences at Miami International Autodrome. The successful candidate will also sell across related properties including the Miami Dolphins and Miami Open.

Department: Ticket Sales and Service

Location: Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Gardens, FL (full‑time, on‑site)

Direct Supervisor: Director, Sales

Status: Full‑time

• Execute assigned call campaigns and prospect local & domestic companies.
• Schedule and conduct high‑level meetings, including face‑to‑face and virtual sales presentations.
• Work non‑traditional hours and weekends as required.
• Achieve quantitative activity, appointment, and closed‑sale goals while maintaining integrity and proficiency.
• Maintain a team‑first, competitive mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of sports ticket sales experience.
• International sales experience and familiarity with Formula 1 preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
  Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment and influence C‑level executives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong work ethic and career ambition in professional sports.
