Miami Gardens Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $22 p/hr Job Summary Our customer is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving & Logistics Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, documenting, and organizing incoming materials and products while supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations.

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Verify quantities, products, and shipping documents against purchase orders.
• Unload and move materials safely within the warehouse.
• Label and properly organize received materials.
• Enter receiving information accurately into the company’s system.
• Maintain accurate inventory and receiving records.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Operations teams regarding incoming shipments.
• Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items.
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and warehouse procedures.

• Previous experience in receiving, logistics, warehouse, or inventory operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to verify quantities, labels, and documentation.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or warehouse systems preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move boxes/materials as required.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
