Our client, a private company based in Miami, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This individual will play a key role in managing accounting, reporting, and financial analysis across multiple entities and investments.

• Perform daily and monthly accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the family office and affiliated entities.
• Support consolidation and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Track investment performance and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support financial and strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors on filings, audits, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international reporting requirements.
• Maintain well‑organized records for tax and audit purposes.
• Monitor cash balances and reconcile accounts across multiple entities.
• Support short‑term liquidity forecasting and cash flow management.
• Maintain strong internal controls to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
• Support system implementation and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CPA track preferred.
• 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a family office, investment management, real estate, or fund accounting environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
