A well-known, mid-sized privately held company is seeking a 1+ year Staff Accountant for their Miami location. Our client is an international organization that is growing annually. Position Title: Staff Accountant
Location: Miami, Florida
Salary: $60K-$70K + annual bonus
Technical Skill Set
Required:
- 1+ year of experience assisting with general accounting responsibilities:
General Ledger, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliations, AP/AR - GAAP experience
- Advanced Excel user
- Reports to executive management
- Assisting with maintaining general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries
- Assisting and summarizing financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree, with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance
- Employment stability
- Accounting experience from a mid-sized to large company
