Coordinator, Accounts Payable – Royal Caribbean Group

Position SummaryThe Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and managing vendor relationships. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Administer numerous departmental Excel spreadsheets and generate graphs
- Input and balance weekly/monthly productivity statistics and produce graphs
- Balance monthly bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Analyze disputed invoices with other departments and outside vendors
- Research vendor statements and respond via written correspondence
- Answer vendor inquiries and assist other areas of Accounts Payable during monthly closings

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills- One year certificate from college or technical school or 3‑6 months related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.

The employee will regularly sit, stand, write, review, type reports, compile data, operate a PC, communicate, listen, and assess information. Travel to other office locations and lifting, pushing, pulling, or moving 10‑15 pounds may be required. Visual requirements include distant, close, and color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
WorkingConditions
Miami‑based position with some travel. The work environment includes office locations and moving inside/outside the office.
