Finance & Accounts Manager

Overview

Pro Arch is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
• Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Files sales tax report and maintain related accounts and records
• Support external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Assist in the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Conduct financial analysis and generate reports to support business decision-making
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA certification preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting or similar role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
• Proficiency in accounting software, Net Suite preferred, and advance Microsoft Excel knowledge is required
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
