Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex tax preparation for corporate, personal, and partnership returns.
• Utilize Quick Books and Excel for accurate financial reporting and analysis.
• Lead client engagements, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Oversee and guide a team of tax professionals, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and implement effective tax strategies.
• Maintain organized records and streamline processes for efficiency.

Requirements and Skills

• 7–8+ years of progressive and continuous tax experience in public accounting.
• Proficiency in Quick Books, Excel, and accounting principles.
• Proven client management and team leadership experience.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
• Hybrid Schedule
  :
  One week in-office Monday, Wednesday, Friday; the next week Tuesday, Thursday.
