Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CPA to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of tax experience and a strong understanding of various tax forms and regulations. The CPA will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, and providing tax planning and consulting services to our clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns (experience with Forms 1040, 1040-, 1120, 1120S, 1065 is required)
• Prepare and review Forms 5472 and 5471 (the experience with these forms are highly desirable – not required)
• Conduct tax research and provide guidance on complex tax issues.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to individuals and businesses.
• Stay up to date on new tax laws and regulations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA certification required.
• 5+ years of tax experience.
• Experience with tax preparation software.
