Director – Finance & Accounting

Base Pay Range$/yr - $/yr
Key Responsibilities- Manage month-end, quarter-end, year-end close processes
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Oversee general ledger activity, account reconciliations, journal entries
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
- Implement process improvements and efficiencies across accounting workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CPA-track preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
