About the Company

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Manager to help manage our day-to-day accounting operations and support the financial health of our growing company. This role focuses on accurate bookkeeping, clean financial reporting, and improving the systems and processes that keep our organization running smoothly. About the Role

Financial Operations & Reporting
  • Oversee daily accounting activities including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and the general ledger
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accurate record‑keeping
  • Manage payroll entries and maintain organized documentation
  • Work within Connect Wise PSA to review agreements, validate billing, reconcile time entries, and ensure accurate invoicing
Budgeting & Analysis
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Track spending vs budget and prepare simple variance reports
  • Help analyze trends and provide insights to support decision‑making
Internal Controls & Compliance
  • Maintain accounting policies and consistent processes
  • Ensure compliance with basic tax requirements and coordinate with outside accountants as needed
  • Support annual reviews, audits, and financial documentation requests
  • Help manage vendor relationships, payment schedules, and credit terms
  • Maintain accurate records of receivables and follow up on outstanding invoices
Systems & Process Improvement
  • Use accounting tools such as Quick Books Online, Excel, and Connect Wise PSA
  • Help streamline billing workflows and improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Support the implementation of new tools, integrations, or automation as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 4‑7 years of accounting or finance experience

Required Skills

  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and GAAP basics
  • Experience with Connect Wise PSA or similar professional services automation platforms (preferred)
  • Comfortable working in Quick Books Online and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
  • Good communicator who enjoys working with cross‑functional teams
