We are partnering with a fast‑growing organization in the Downtown Miami area to identify a sharp, driven Assistant Controller who is ready to take ownership, move quickly, and grow with the business. This role is ideal for a go‑getter

• Support the Controller with day‑to‑day accounting operations and monthly close
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Oversee general ledger activities and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Assist with financial statements, audits, and internal controls
• Partner with leadership on process improvements and scaling initiatives
• Review and mentor accounting staff as needed
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies

• Experience in intercompany accounting OR industries such as:
• Property Management
• Construction
• Strong understanding of full‑cycle accounting
• Prior experience in a fast‑paced or growing organization

• Polished, professional, and confident communicator
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
