• Lead month‑end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee revenue recognition and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support vendor and contractor payment processes in collaboration with Accounts Payable.
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy and reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation or active progress toward CPA certification highly preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Experience with Net Suite or other ERP systems required.
