Accounting Specialist – AP / AR

Location: New York City or Miami

Work Model: 5 days/week onsite

Base Salary: Up to $70,000 USD + bonuses + incentives/perks

They’re now looking for an Accounting Specialist to own Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, someone who loves clean numbers, tight processes, and being part of a business that’s scaling fast and having fun doing it.

You’ll be a key player in keeping the financial engine running smoothly across a growing portfolio.

• Process invoices accurately and on time
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure approvals, coding, and payment runs are clean and efficient

• Generate and track invoices
• Follow up on outstanding balances with professionalism and persistence
• Reconcile payments and maintain accurate customer records

• Assist with reconciliations and reporting
• Partner closely with finance and operations teams
• Help improve processes as the business continues to scale

• 2–5 years of experience in AP/AR or general accounting
• Strong attention to detail (you catch what others miss)
• Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Experience in real estate, coworking, hospitality, or multi-location businesses is a plus
• You take ownership and pride in doing things properly
