We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join our team. This role involves collaborating with the SAP S/4

HANA implementation team, supporting general accounting tasks, and contributing to process improvements.

• Collaborate with the SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation team to support the system transition from Sage 500 to SAP.
• Assist with general accounting close activities, including reconciliations, postings, and financial statement preparation.
• Provide audit support, including documentation requests and footnote preparation.
• Backfill accounting responsibilities during month-end close and audit periods.
• Transition into recurring day‑to‑day accounting tasks starting February to allow internal team members to focus on SAP testing.
• Work extensively in Excel to support reporting and reconciliation needs.
• Participate in conversations with the implementation team and contribute to process improvements.

• Proven experience in general accounting and audit support.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP S/4
  
  HANA and Sage 500.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.

• Self‑starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to "roll up sleeves".
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The position will report to a director. The work environment encourages collaboration and teamwork, with opportunities to work independently as well. The role involves extensive use of Excel and requires effective communication with the implementation team to facilitate process improvements.

Contract position based out of Miami, FL.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $62.00/hr.
