Excellent opportunity for an Accounting Manager for a Shared Service Center located in the Miami area. This is a hybrid role with growth potential and great exposure to top leadership!

Hybrid after probation period.

• Manage the accounting and finance departments
• Oversee the preparation of general ledger journal entries, fixed asset tracking, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements in conformity with GAAP.
• Regular communication with team on financial and accounting activities.
• Complete and manage various accounting related projects
• Maintain strong client relationships and be able to develop and build co‑worker confidence.
• Assist and train junior staff; this includes assistance with solving problems and taking an active role in staff development.

• 7+ years of corporate accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• 2+ years’ experience in public accounting a huge plus
• Licensed CPA a huge plus
• Capable of preparing and completing more complex projects.
• Demonstrates advanced technical knowledge necessary for advising clients.
• Ability to multi‑task efficiently and effectively.
• Strong communication, client service, and organizational skills
