Job Summary:
Experienced Tax Manager needed to lead multiple client engagements, deliver advanced tax planning, and develop staff. Serve as the primary client contact for technical tax issues and drive practice growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and review complex tax returns and provisions across multiple jurisdictions.
- Lead tax planning initiatives, including M&A, restructuring, and international considerations.
- Supervise 4–8 staff members; conduct reviews and support professional development.
- Represent clients in IRS/state audits and negotiations.
- Contribute to business development and firm-wide process improvements.
- 6+ years of progressive tax experience.
- Expertise in corporate, partnership, and individual tax planning.
- Proven leadership and client relationship skills.
