Senior Accountant (Hybrid, 3X Onsite, Miami)

Our client is a successful hospitality company located in Miami, Florida, and they are seeking a 3-5+ year Senior Accountant to join their team.

• Lead the full accounting cycle, including general ledger management, AP/AR, payroll, intercompany activity, and multi-entity consolidations.
• Own financial performance across business units through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close, audits, and external reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Build and maintain strong internal controls, compliance processes, and accounting policies.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, financial modeling, cost management, and KPI development.
• Manage tax filings, intercompany accounting, and cash flow oversight.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including multi-entity consolidation and P&L management; public accounting experience preferred.
• Proven leadership ability with experience developing and guiding teams.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, compliance requirements, audit preparation, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical capability in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct) and advanced Excel/reporting tools.
• Excellent communicator able to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% to support oversight of multiple legal entities.
