Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support day-to-day accounting operations by processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper approval.
• Match invoices to purchase orders, receipts, and other supporting documentation.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and account details.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
• Support internal controls by following established accounting policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and accounting teams to resolve invoice and payment issues.
