- Enter and Maintain accurate job costing records
- Review and verify timecards on daily basis for job costing purposes
- Support with payroll processing
- Assist with processing of subcontractor purchase order to ensure timely payment in accordance with the PO process
- Receive COI requests and respond to request in a timely manner
- Assist sales rep. with preparing support to project teams as needed
- General administrative tasks related accounting and operations
- Assist with document filing , scanning and data entry
- Billing English / Spanish
- Must be able o lift, carry. push or pull up to 15 pounds
- Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 1-2 years of accounting r related experience preferred
