Most Cohn Reznick professionals live within commuting distance of an office. This position is consideredhybrid,which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence isdeterminedat the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

• Engagement Team:You will work closely on a team made up of other Interns, Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners
• Industries:We serve a variety of clients across industries,including:
  
  Consumer & Industrial, Financial Sponsors & Financial Services, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Public Sector, Real Estate, Renewable Energy, Technology & Media, and Private Client Services(varies by office)
• Office:Our Cohn Reznick office comes with amenitiesandcollaborative spaces.
• Performance Coach:Will meet with you toestablishgoals, provide feedback and support to guide you along your career path of choice; many of our current Senior Managers and Partners were once CR Associates themselves.
• CR Friend:Will serve as a familiar face when you join the firm and someone you can always reach out to

As an Audit Associate, you willbe responsible for becoming familiar with accounting and auditing procedure sand performing procedure sin accordance withfirm standards inan accurate, thorough, andtimelymanner.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Responsible forassistingin areas of Audits, Reviews, Compilations, and Accounting Services.
• Work on a variety of client deliverables andpreparingwork papers.
• Resolve audit issues obtaining evidence and making inquiries of clients.
• Understand the client’s accounting systems.
• Understand and apply concepts of materiality and audit risk.
• Prepare work papers that are informative, well documented, cross-referenced,and can easily be understood and explained.
