We are seeking a Revenue Accountant to join a growing accounting team in the Miami area. This role will support revenue accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and the monthly close process.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and post journal entries related to revenue and accruals
- Perform balance sheet and revenue account reconciliations
- Review revenue activity for completeness and accuracy
- Prepare supporting schedules and assist with month-end close
- Research and resolve revenue and accounting discrepancies
- Partner with operational teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Assist with accounting process improvements and procedures
- Support audit requests and other accounting projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of debits, credits, and general ledger accounting
- Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-close
- Revenue accounting experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
