One of Colombia’s leading construction and infrastructure companies is seeking a Fund Controller to join its operations in Miami, Florida.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, or fund accounting.
- Experience at a Big Four firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) or leading audit and professional services firms, particularly serving clients in Real Estate, Private Equity, Asset Management, or Investment Funds.
- Significant experience with real estate investment funds, Private Equity, and fund administration.
- Knowledge of NAV, capital calls, fund distributions, and investor allocations.
- Fluent English and Spanish – required.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States – required. No sponsorship is available.
- 100% on-site position in Miami, FL.
Compensation & Conditions
- Annual salary: USD $120,000–$140,000 + discretionary bonus
