- Manage electronic invoicing for a portfolio of client accounts, making sure each submission follows client-specific billing requirements
- Handle a steady monthly volume of electronic invoice submissions with a focus on accuracy and on-time delivery
- Set up new clients and matters in electronic billing systems
- Submit invoices and related billing documents through client billing portals
- Monitor submissions through approval, following up on any that are delayed or rejected
- Resolve rejected or reduced invoices, including preparing appeals when needed
- Serve as a point of contact for client billing questions
- Support additional billing projects as needed
