• Preparing monthly&annualfinancialstatementsforallindividualoperatingproperties
• Establishingandmaintaininginternalcontrols
• Managingallaspectsofthegeneralledger
• Providingmonthlyandyear-endanalyses&reconciliationattheindividualpropertyandconsolidatedportfoliolevels
• Assistingwiththebudgetprocessforalldevelopmentprojects
• Researchingaccountingissuesforcompliancewithgenerallyacceptedaccountingprinciples
• Analyzingandreportingcostvariancesforrecurringexpensesacrossallproperties
• Servingasaliaisontoexternaltaxpreparers,preparingyear-endreportingpackages

• Strongknowledgeofthe Real Estateindustry
• Abilitytoworkinafast-paced environment;anabilitytomulti-taskeffectively;anabilitytomaintainattentiontodetail
