Proeprty Accountant - Yardi Voyager REQUIRED

Aventura, FL (only 1-2x in office)
We are seeking a Proeprty Accountant to join a growing real estate investment firm focused on industrial properties. Reporting directly to the Controller, this individual will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of properties and related entities.
Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle property accounting in Yardi Voyager
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash applications, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and assist with month-end close
- Prepare property-level financial statements and support consolidated reporting
- Coordinate loan payments, escrow activity, and intercompany transactions
- Partner with the Controller on financial reporting, process improvements, and special projects
- Support audits, tax preparers, and lender requests
- Yardi Voyager experience is required
- Strong understanding of GAAP, month-end close, and financial statement preparation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong organizational and communication skills
