Bookkeeper​/Client Account Manager

SNI Companies is looking for Sr. Account Manager / Full Charge Bookkeeper who can independently manage multiple bookkeeping clients from start to finish.

$55,000-$65,000 per year Miami, FL Onsite

• Paid Vacation: Starts at a week + 5 sick days & 1 floating holiday; 2 nd yr. goes up to 10 days (Same sick/floating) and so on.
• Bonus: Performance based
• Insurance/401k: 100% covered by employer (3 plans) ; 401k is available to contribute to but no match

• Full-cycle bookkeeping: Reconciliations, journal entries, payroll, AP & AR, loans, fixed assets, and balance-sheet accounts, P&L Statements (Sales Tax Exp. is a +). Will need to have hands-on exp. with QB (Desktop & Online) as well as Excel (Pivot Tables/Vlookups). Looking for 3-5+ yrs. of BK/Client facing exp.
• Review & quality control: Checking work completed by external bookkeepers, correcting errors, and providing clear feedback.
• Month-end, year-end/tax preparation: Closing the books, preparing financial statements and supporting schedules, and ensuring records are tax-ready.
• Client Function: Serving as the main client contact (Could be from 30-60 clients), explaining financial results, collecting missing information, and keeping assistants and external teams on schedule.
• Team coordination: This is a senior, client-facing bookkeeping role requiring technical accounting expertise, independent judgment, quality oversight.

$55-65,000 + bonus & benefits
