Accounts Payable Specialist
+ Process approximately 320 vendor invoices per month.
+ Enter invoices into the appropriate account and ensure they are routed to the correct approvers.
+ Work with Quick Books Online and Quick Books Desktop to support accounts payable functions.
+ Apply accurate general ledger coding, including COGS-related expenses.
+ Use Excel to extract data, run reports, and perform basic pivot table analysis.
+ Review invoices for accuracy and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
+ Assist with vendor statement reconciliations and vendor data cleanup as time permits.
+ Maintain accurate vendor records and accounts payable documentation.
+ Support additional AP-related duties as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications
+ Previous accounts payable experience, including invoice processing and vendor management.
+
Experience with , Quick Books Online, and Quick Books Desktop.
+ Basic Excel skills, including pivot tables, running reports, and extracting data.
+ Understanding of general ledger coding and expense classifications.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work independently and manage invoice volume efficiently.
