Qualifications &Experience:
- Strong background in general accounting and financial operations.
- Experience with accounts receivable, collections, and account management.
- Working knowledge of general ledger functions, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Previous experience in accounting leadership or managing financial processes preferred.
- Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, distribution, or other operational industries is a plus.
