Overview

The Admin Assistant will provide critical support to senior consultants and project teams, ensuring seamless operations across international time zones and schedules. You’ll be a linchpin in delivering first-class service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Attend and contribute to client meetings, building lasting relationships
  • Coordinate schedules, client meetings, and internal planning sessions
  • Track project milestones to ensure deadlines are consistently met
  • Manage travel logistics for the team across global locations
  • Act as a key liaison point for clients, candidates, and consultants
Qualifications
