Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant in the Miami, FL area. This is an in-office 5 days/week role.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparing, making changes and finalizing SOWs
  • Creating SOWs - Upload unsigned and signed ATS/SOWs in User Verse /People Soft
  • Upload 8879's in User Verse - E-filing
  • Update DDT (confirm all signed TCC, SOW, E-file authorizations/acceptance, tax return is in User Verse prior to completion)
  • Update workflows as needed
  • Creating/changing/updating info on People Soft (contacts, billing authority/specialist, renewals)
  • People Soft request
  • New Client setup
  • Checking payment information/details
  • Checking the Pools in User Verse
  • BDO Global Portal
  • CRM
  • Answer/Transfer incoming calls
  • Create UPS or Fed Ex Labels for outgoing packages – Certified mail
  • Check the conference room calendar making sure we have everything we need before a meeting.
  • Correspondence Assistance
  • Expenses

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required

- Bachelor's degree preferred

EXPERIENCE:

- Three (3) or more years of administrative experience required

- Professional services firm experience preferred

SOFTWARE:

- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required

- Experience with People Soft Financials preferred
