Job DescriptionAllied Universal® is hiring a Compliance Administrative Assistant. The role ensures that the local office meets all regulations and United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) requirements, maintains administrative policies, hiring procedures, safety rules, and ongoing employment regulations. Responsibilities include reviewing all employee files/records to ensure compliance with state, federal, contract, and company policies, and ensuring timely submission of quarterly Transportation Reports for Contract Compliance.
Responsibilities- Review all employee files/records to ensure compliance with state, federal, contract and company policies
- Maintain compliance records and produce reports for the Project Manager
- Maintain all company reportable accident/incident reports for USDOT yearly records and filings
- Maintain drug testing records for USDOT reporting; provide state security licensing guidance to site managers as needed and assist with maintaining/filing current state licenses
- Review DOT testing data; create schedule for random testing; coordinate with scheduling to ensure physical security coverage during an employee’s absence for testing; ensure testing compliance by scheduling on a regular cadence to prevent pressure near quarterly testing deadlines
- Ensure overall contract compliance regarding employee basic and preferred qualifications, screening, training, and licensing
- Provide backup support for billing process
- Handle certified payroll monthly responsibilities
- Forecast drug testing processes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of administrative assistant experience in a professional environment
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Planning and organizing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications

- Ability to synthesize facts, concepts, and principles
