Position: COORDINATOR - CAFE SALES
Hard Rock -  [Administrative Assistant] As a Cafe Sales Coordinator at Hard Rock, you'll:
Be responsible for coordination of daily tasks and duties for the Sales team;
Perform telephone duties which require answering telephones, messages, forwarding calls to appropriate person, assisting caller in resolving questions;
Take notes at weekly staff meeting and distribute accordingly;
Review Sales contracts to ensure accuracy of rates and dates information;
Assist Sales team with administrative duties.
