Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based out of Coconut Grove, Miami. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, maintain office equipment, and provide exceptional support. Responsibilities include coordinating office activities, supporting team members with administrative needs, supporting bookkeeping activities, maintaining organizational efficiency, and ensuring a smooth execution of office functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day office operations, ensuring a polished, well-run, and highly functional workspace
  • Manage office logistics including vendors, supplies, facilities, and service providers
  • Coordinate calendars, travel, meetings, and in-office events as needed
  • Support partners and team members with light executive and administrative support
  • Assist with basic finance and operations workflows (invoicing, expense tracking, coordination with fund administrator and accountants)
  • Help maintain internal organization across documents, systems, and processes
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication (English and Spanish)
  • Proficiency in office administration and administrative assistance tasks
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • Problem‑solving abilities and adaptability to handle dynamic office demands
  • 3+ years of experience in an office manager, operations, or administrative role
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
  • Experience in a startup, VC, PE, or professional services environment is a plus
  • Based in or able to commute to Coconut Grove, Miami (this is an in-office role)
