Job Summary
Supports the ACE (Aviation Center of Excellence) management team with administrative tasks, follow-ups, ad-hoc projects, creating presentations, training initiatives, and team communication necessary for the ACE to be successful.
Position Responsibilities- Maintain record of the department's training roster; ensure accuracy and update as needed.
- Administer the IT service request process for all new hires and coordinate the onboarding equipment process with IT and HR Partners.
- Coordinate training preparations by setting training schedules, developing/facilitating courses, organizing informative training materials, etc.
- Act as point of contact for the Air training team & assist with administrative functions under the guidance of leadership.
- Maintain accurate information, documentation, and oversight of all internal and external content pertaining to Air and the ACE Team.
- Coordinate events, initiatives, campaigns, lunch and learn session to align with team building and development.
- Support communication and collaboration with all airline/GDS partners to support training and product updates.
- Assist with creation of ACE team monthly newsletter, presentations, email communications to both Guests and Travel Partners.
- Manage and respond to all inquiries received through training mailboxes.
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
Degree type:
High School Diploma
Field(s) of study: A combination of equivalent education and experience. Post‑secondary education preferred
Experience:
At least 2 years of administrative experience. Familiarity with training or the handling of training documents preferred.
- Excellent administration and organizational skills
- Proficient in the English language
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective with PC and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to act independently
- Ability to display flexibility, creativity, and develop innovative solutions
- Capacity to learn quickly and demonstrate growth within the role
