We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Assistant to join our dynamic Sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in a variety of tasks aimed at supporting the sales department, including managing vehicle reporting, reviewing General Motors incentives, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support to the sales managers and General Manager.
Key Responsibilities :
Vehicle Reporting : Track and report new and pre-owned (P.O.) vehicles, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
Incentives Management :
Submit and review General Motors incentives, ensuring eligibility, accuracy and timely submission of incentives.
Administrative Support :
Assist Sales Managers and General Manager with scheduling and coordinating meetings, including preparing necessary materials and agendas.
General Sales Assistance :
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales department, helping with various tasks as needed.
Customer Interaction :
Assist in managing customer inquiries and supporting sales staff in follow-up tasks.
Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team, ensuring smooth communication and efficient processes across the department.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in an automotive or sales environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude, with a customer-oriented approach and professional demeanor.
Education and Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in business or related fields is a plus.
Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles is preferred.
