Ecommerce Writer Office Assistant

Overview

Dover Jewelry (Downtown Miami) is seeking a customer-friendly E-commerce Office Assistant to work with our busy online team in the maintenance of our Fine Jewelry Sales Platforms and to assist with a variety of tasks around the office.

This candidate should have excellent writing skills in English and be highly responsible, responsive, deadline- and project-oriented. Jewelry experience is not required, but online sales experience is helpful.

Monday to Friday, 10:30am – 5:30pm

• Assist with maintenance of Fine Jewelry Sales Platforms and support the online team
• Provide office support and handle various administrative tasks
• Assist with data entry and input of product specifications and information

• Self-motivated, organized, able to multitask and work within time constraints
• Administrative / data entry skills
• Computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Accurate input of product specifications and information
• Attention to detail with item descriptions and managing online product entries
• Professional English communication (written and verbal)
• Experience with e-commerce marketplaces and e-commerce payment gateways preferred
• Jewelry experience is not required but helpful
