Job Summary

The Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine is currently seeking an Exam Proctor (Per-Diem) to join our team of professionals.

Duties

• Serves as an administrator during specific examinations for students within the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine.

• Prepares and distributes exam related materials prior to the test administration.

• Maintains proper records of student attendance upon arrival and departure from exam area Continuously observes students during examinations.

• Responds to student requests and resolve inquiries or issues as needed.

• Utilizes software systems to provide administrative support or assessments (e.g., EValue, Exam Soft, NBME).

High School Diploma or GED.

Office or related experience providing administrative support or coordinating functions of an office or department.

Work Schedule

ON CALL - Approximately 15 hours per week
