Why we open this position?

The Logistics Assistant will help in the delivery of various logistics services for the Miami office staff and for specific events. They will also support the manager in administrative tasks and procedures.

Key responsibilities
  • Book logistics services for the Miami office staff: accommodation.
  • Support the Logistics Manager in implementing logistics internal procedures: travel strategies, logistics workflows, booking procedures, and policies.
  • Administrative follow‑up on invoice validations and financial procedures.
  • Data processing on various logistics tools.

  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel and Word.
