About the role:

We are looking for a professional and personable Receptionist to become an integral part of our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming impression. We are seeking someone who can consistently maintain a professional demeanor, ensuring that all guests feel warmly welcomed from the moment they walk through our doors.

As

the Receptionist, you will:
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail correspondence.
  • Ensure the front office and lobby area are clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Receive and distribute packages efficiently.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as assigned, such as filing, coordinating lunch orders, and other office support duties.
Are Likely To Succeed If:
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Have strong multitasking abilities and can prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can comprehend and follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience and

Education:

High school diploma or GED.

Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
