About the Role
As a Travel Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and organizational support to the travel coordination team. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented and customer-focused who enjoys helping others plan seamless travel experiences. Youll assist with managing bookings, maintaining client records, and ensuring all travel arrangements are processed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support travel coordinators and consultants with booking arrangements and client communication.
  • Prepare and maintain travel documents, itineraries, and payment records.
  • Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and vendor coordination.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on travel plans.
  • Monitor and organize travel files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, email correspondence, and record keeping.

Requirements
