Title: Title Processor
Location: Miami, FL (Blue Lagoon area)
Compensation: $22 to $25 per hour
Schedule: On site (Miami Airport / Waterford Business District area)

Overview:
A growing real estate and legal practice in Miami is seeking an experienced Title Processor to support their closing workflow. This is an on-site role within a small and collaborative team. Ideal for someone who understands the title process and can step in with minimal training.
Responsibilities:
- Perform title and lien searches and review supporting documentation
- Enter, update, and maintain title orders and closing data
- Prepare documents and assist with closing coordination
- Communicate with lenders, agents, and internal staff
- Maintain accuracy, organization, and compliance on all title-related tasks
Qualifications:
- Prior title processing experience required
- Familiarity with title searches and lien searches
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to learn new systems quickly (Close View, Folio or similar)
- Comfortable working on site in Miami
