Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our daily operations by providing essential administrative support that keeps our office running smoothly. Your responsibilities include handling correspondence, maintaining filing systems, managing records, and performing various clerical tasks that contribute to the efficiency of our workplace.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Greet visitors and clients and provide them with information about the company.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and paper.
  • Input and update records and information in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and other financial documentation as required.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in another clerical position.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Salary & Benefits
  • Pay range: $18.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
