Miami, FL | $16.50/hour | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the JobWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly communicative Bilingual Administrative Assistant who is fluent in Spanish and passionate about supporting a mission-driven organization that serves the South Florida community. Schedule:
Monday–Friday, daytime hours with no weekends
- Provide administrative support to internal departments and leadership
- Answer inbound calls and respond to emails in both English and Spanish
- Assist Spanish‑speaking clients and community members with professionalism and clarity
- Prepare, translate, and proofread documents and correspondence in Spanish and English
- Accurately enter and maintain data in internal systems and databases
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow‑ups
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
- Support office operations and special projects as needed
- Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) – required
- 1+ year of administrative or office support experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or currently pursuing)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional, reliable, and customer‑service‑oriented demeanor
