Miami, FL | $16.50/hour | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly communicative Bilingual Administrative Assistant who is fluent in Spanish and passionate about supporting a mission-driven organization that serves the South Florida community. What You’ll Do
  • Provide administrative support to internal departments and leadership
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to emails in both English and Spanish
  • Assist Spanish‑speaking clients and community members with professionalism and clarity
  • Prepare, translate, and proofread documents and correspondence in Spanish and English
  • Accurately enter and maintain data in internal systems and databases
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow‑ups
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
  • Support office operations and special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) – required
  • 1+ year of administrative or office support experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or currently pursuing)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional, reliable, and customer‑service‑oriented demeanor
