We’re hiring a high-caliber Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO and COO of a fast-growing consumer brand.
This is not a 9–5 role and not remote. This is a demanding, high-trust position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is available when needed, and is comfortable with evenings, occasional weekends, and travel.

About the RoleAs Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be the operational backbone of the executive office. Your job is to eliminate friction, create leverage, and protect executive focus so the CEO can operate at the highest level.
In addition to executive support, this role helps ensure the environment is organized, functional, and well-maintained, contributing to a professional and efficient workspace.
This role is in-office and requires flexibility, discretion, and strong judgment.
Responsibilities- Manage the CEO’s calendar with precision, foresight, and prioritization
- Own inbox management, triage, and follow-ups
- Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and meeting notes
- Track action items and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners
- Assist with travel planning and logistics
- Support general office organization, including keeping shared spaces neat, stocked, and operational
- Be available for evenings, occasional weekends, and travel as needed
- Anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- You have 3+ years of experience supporting a CEO or senior executive
- You thrive in high-intensity, fast-moving environments
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and decisive
- You communicate clearly and follow through consistently
- You take pride in maintaining an organized, professional workspace
- You are comfortable protecting executive time and setting boundaries on their behalf
- You are tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana/Notion, etc.)
- You are based locally and able to work in-office
