Pay Range$20.00/hr - $20.00/hr (Base pay) – actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
Job OverviewAs a Receptionist, you’ll be responsible for serving residents and guests by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately. Answering the phone and providing administrative support.
Your Responsibilities- Greets visitors and clients upon their arrival.
- Handles all incoming packages and prepares outgoing packages.
- Files and scans various documents.
- Receives, sorts, and distributes all mail on a daily basis.
- Assists with payroll check distribution.
- Maintains professional appearance of the reception area.
- Copies and logs cash receipts on a daily basis.
- Ensures all safety precautions are followed while performing work.
- Maintains working relationship with building staff.
- Other duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
- Two (2) years of general administrative experience.
- Computer literacy:
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Multiple language fluency is desirable.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
