Manage calendar for Executive- coordinate appointments, meetings, conference calls, and other obligations

Organize and secure highly confidential company and employee information

Maintain effective communication and act as liaison with other departments and outside agencies

Answer and screen calls in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant office experience
  • Able to manage multiple competing tasks and demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of electronic invoicing, timesheet and travel and expense processing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows Vista
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
